Deck Choices for LOADMASTER Pit Type Motor Truck Scales

LOADMASTER steel deck panels are constructed of diamond deck plate with an I-beam supporting grid structure. The picture above shows the underside of a panel with a manhole in the center.

  • 30-35 ton CLC: 5/16″ with 3″ I-beam
  • 40-50 ton CLC: 3/8″ with 5″ I-beam

LOADMASTER concrete decks all utilize the Nelson Stud design. Use of the studs increases the strength of the final bridge by unifying the concrete to the supporting structural steel.

  • 30-35 ton CLC: 6″ thick
  • 40-50 ton CLC: 7″ thick
