LOADMASTER Truck Scales

The FT2 Above Ground Motor Truck Scale (PDF) is a free floating Truck Scale utilizing simple bumper checking. Variations include side rail, portable and pit installation versions. As pictured to the left, the FT2 is 15-1/2" tall and has NTEP approval for Concentrated Load Capacity (CLC) of 35 to 50 tons. Approved lengths from as short as 8 ft to as long as to 100 ft.

The FT2-PV is a portable version of the standard FT2. Includes a self contained frame, this unit is shipped fully assembled and pre-wired. Installation is a matter of placing on a smooth level surface, pilling up stone for the approaches, wiring single cable from each module to a central junction box and plugging in. Typically ready to calibrate and weigh trucks in less than half a day! Steel ramps can supplied optionally.

The pit scale uses the same suspension assembly and simple bumper checking system as the above ground models. Standard pit depth is 4'. For retro-fits this scale can be supplied for pits as shallow as 3'. Available with either concrete or steel deck.
