Modular System
This system can be installed with various combinations of modules measuring 12'6" and 25'0" long. With the proper configuration virtually any length of rail car (from the shortest to the longest) can be accommodated. |

Optional Flush Deck
The standard deck is 1/4" smooth plate welded to the top of the main weighbridge beams and is not designed for vehicles. To accomodate vehicle traffic, an optional flush mounted deck can be supplied. This deck is flush with the top of the rail and designed to handle legal vehicle loads. |

Self-Contained "Pit"
The frame provides one of the most unique features of the LOADMASTER Modular system. The self contained frame forms a "pit" when placed on the supporting piers and back filled. It is constructed of I-beams, stacked and welded with stiffners and cross bracing for durability and years of trouble free use. |

Rugged Weighbridge Design
The weighbridge is built to A.R.E.A. Cooper E-80 load ratings. The main beams are welded solid to all spreaders and diagonal bracing for extra rigidity and long term durability. |

Compression Load Cell
Load cell assembly utilizing the Artech Canister load cell. Fabrica pad mounted between bridge structure and upper bearing plate reduces overhead shock. Unique alignment flexure mounted at the base of the load cell all but eliminates any horizontal shock loading. |
