Custom Scales

Loadmaster Scale manufactures quality industrial scales to your specifications. Let us know the scale you need and the requirements you have. We provide scales with:

• Custom sizes – providing length, width, and height to meet your needs (extra height, fit within an given area)
• Custom capacities – standard capacity is listed on site, but we also provide higher or lower capacity scales (providing higher resolution, more durability to withstand heavy duty handling, weigh greater amounts…)
• Custom applications – integrating scales into different applications or adding fixtures to scales (into tanks, hoppers, or conveyors, or to provide fixtures to support what you are weighing
• Custom painting and finishes – adding needed finishes (epoxy coating, hot dip galvanizing, specialty coloring…)

Customization is available on a variety of LoadMaster scales including:

• Truck Scales – length, width, height, capacity, open areas for dumping
• Industrial Scales – length, width, height, capacity, support for taller items, cradle or V-deck, custom drilling to mount your fixtures or equipment, custom edge bumpers or stops, forklift channels, wheels or casters,
• Railroad Scales – same as truck scales
• Digital Weight Indicators – custom programming (such as process control with relays, special ticket formatting, interfacing with your computer system, data storage, custom user interfaces)
